Comment to FAQ Miner for Your Own Channel
Connect your own channel, pull comments through the official API, and see the questions viewers keep asking, grouped into FAQ entries and video ideas.
Economics
- Pricing example
- $12 for 20 videos analysed (first 2 free)
- Daily math
- 2 packs a day x $12 = $24/day.
- Target if you hit the daily math
- Target: $550 - $750 / month if the daily math is hit
Audience and urgency
Audience: YouTubers, educators and course creators with active comment sections.
Urgency: The same questions come up again and again in comments, but reading hundreds of them across videos is slow. Creators miss chances to answer once in a pinned comment, an FAQ page or a follow-up video.
MVP scope

- ✓ Fetch comment threads with the official YouTube Data API within quota
- ✓ Group questions into themes with counts and example comments quoted word for word

One-shot master prompt
Build a "Comment FAQ Miner" in React with Tailwind CSS and serverless functions.
Core requirements:
1. Google OAuth with the youtube.readonly scope; list the signed-in user's own channel videos (channels.list mine=true, then the uploads playlist via playlistItems.list).
2. For selected videos, fetch commentThreads.list (paginate, max 2,000 comments per video), tracking quota use and stopping safely near the limit.
3. Filter likely questions (question marks, question words in English and Malay), then send batches to an LLM that returns themes {title, count, commentIds[]}; display verbatim examples by id, never paraphrased as quotes.
4. Mark questions with no reply from the channel owner, and generate FAQ drafts and video-idea suggestions per theme that the creator edits.
5. Export Markdown/CSV, delete fetched comment data after export (and within the API policy window), 2 free videos then Stripe Checkout ($12 for 20).Published 2026-10-08.
