This Privacy Policy explains how Skill Pilot Advisory Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use Mazentic. We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
We collect only the minimum data required to provide the Service:

We do not store payment card numbers, bank details, or full payment credentials. Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share your data with the following third-party processors only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement that prohibits them from using your data for purposes beyond providing services to us.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, billing records for tax purposes, which we keep for seven years in accordance with Malaysian tax law).

We apply industry-standard controls including: HTTPS-only transport, row-level security on the database, server-side secret management, and role-based access. No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify you without undue delay as required by applicable law.
Mazentic uses only functional cookies set by Supabase for session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. No consent banner is required because no non-essential cookies are set.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
