1. Template editor: upload a PDF or PNG background (A4 landscape/portrait), drag text fields (name, course, date, certificate ID, custom fields) onto it, and set font, size, colour and alignment; upload custom fonts.
2. Import participants from CSV/XLSX, map columns, and preview any row.

4. Public verification page showing the record and status (valid/revoked); admin can revoke.
