These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mazentic, a subscription-based product operated by Skill Pilot Advisory Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Malaysia. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms in full.
Mazentic provides micro-SaaS blueprints, build tools, and related resources delivered through a web application. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must provide a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@skillpilotadvisory.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle depending on the plan you select. Prices are stated in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rata reimbursements for any reason, including but not limited to: partial use of a billing period, dissatisfaction with the Service, or cancellation after payment. By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept this policy.
If a payment is disputed or a chargeback is filed without first contacting us at info@skillpilotadvisory.ai, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account pending resolution.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; (c) transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
All content within the Service, including blueprints, templates, copy, and code, is owned by Skill Pilot Advisory Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit it without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any stated revenue outcomes will be achieved. Financial projections within the Service are illustrative only.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us directly at info@skillpilotadvisory.ai.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or through the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
